Step 1:
- Estimate -
Schedule: Schedule a free in-house estimate by submitting a request form and expect a response within 24-48 hours. You can also reach out by scrolling to the bottom of this page and contacting us through email or phone. ​​​​​​
Initial Visit: Debriefing from you of all desired wants/needs for project. Ideas given to you on how to accomplish said wants/needs. Video scan, measure and before photos of specified area.
Estimate: Estimate will be sent within 3-5 days of initial visit. Estimate will clearly go over all aspects of the project and the entire overall process -- Projected cost, projected timeline, full debrief of work being done, warranty etc. etc.
Client Portal: Upon estimate being sent you will gain access to your client portal where you can request changes, view schedule etc. Although we offer this we are also always available for call/text/email.
Once the agreement is approved we move forward to the design process!​
Our Process
From start to finish.
Step 2:
- Design/Source -
Design Consultation: The design process is highly impacted by how much you'd like to be apart of it. It can take from 1-3 visits of 1-3 hours each and unlimited text/calls/emails. We can both design your dream bathroom together or I can create 1-2 different design options and you can pick which one you like best and remove/add any part of it. Alot of the time we also go to showrooms so you can see/touch the the materials (tile, plumbing fictures etc) in person. This part of the process is really malleable and fun.
In-house: First design consultation will take place in your home. You will give a rough overview of your vision for the new space (if you have one). We will find inspiration photos and create a mood board of how you want your space to look and feel. We will discuss layout, color schemes, plans, and begin to find materials that fit the vision.
Showroom: Next stop is the Ferguson and Floor and Decor showrooms! Ferguson is where we'll source a lot of the plumbing fixtures and Floor and Decor is where you'll pick out all of your tile!
Final: Lastly i will send you a mood board and the final design plans for your approval. Once this is approved BjornBear purchases all of the materials and we set a project start date!

Step 3:
- Build -
Overview: Review all materials in person with customer to ensure all items match what was ordered, before construction begins.
Protect: Protect house from dust and debris.
Demolition: Controlled demolition of specified area. Clean up at end of each day. Progress payments begin here.
Execution: Execution of all trades required for project and installation of all materials. Clean up at end of each day. Phone/Email update every day that clearly states what's been achieved that day.
Clean up: Clean up by professional cleaning service to make it look better that how we found it.
Closeout: One on one overview with Bjorn to discuss all services provided and to determine how we can do better. Final payment recieved.
